CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 50(JUD) "An Act relating to the                                                                           
Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children; establishing an                                                               
interstate commission for the placement of children; amending Rules 4                                                           
and 24(b), Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure; and providing for an                                                                
effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
